Infertility/unfulfilled wish to have children

About 15 percent of all couples are involuntarily childless. Often the reason in men is due to male infertility, sterility or infertility.

There are many reasons - medical and genetic - as to why couples have difficulties producing offspring.

The basic male fertility test is called a spermiogram, which examines the quantity, mobility and forms of sperm cells. Of the 40% of all men with fertility disorders, no real cause can be found. Blockage in the ejaculatory duct or sexual problems are some of the main cause. Nerve damage or hormonal disorders are less common.
