What is considered a urological emergency?

Acute urinary retention (unable to empty the bladder)
Testicular torsion
Infected or congested ureter or Kidney stones with subsequent urosepsis
Renal colic
Paraphimose (inability to pull the foreskin over the penis)
Urosepsis (Blood poisoning, i.e. after a prostate biopsy or a bladder operation)
